How Long Will It Take Before I Feel Better?

This all depends on your unique situation, but many clients notice a significant difference in their anxiety and depression symptoms after one visit. However, completing the therapy will take longer. We recommend commiting to therapy for 6 months to a year.

Do You Offer Online Sessions?

We do! If you cannot see us in person for whatever reason, we can schedule a video or phone session to suit your individual needs. Online therapy is a great way to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home or other safe space.
